New Age Woman
I believe I am a new age woman.
In the kitchen, I'm good at:
- microwaving my can soup
- looking through the pantry for snacks
- making a mess.
fml.
Depressed.
Luckily I am good at my job. This learning experience in the kitchen will make me feel grateful for my day job. I think I'm good. Capable at least.
Fark. I need cooking lessons.
Snr at work has been feeding me Almond Rocas. Worst idea ever. I've been craving for rocas, so I googled "where to buy", but found a recipe instead. I then proceeded to read the reviews and was seriously convinced that it was "the easiest thing ever".
Dear recipe reviewers, eff you.
Now my kitchen smells like buttery heaven, but I'm left with nothing but lots of cleaning and grainy sugar and nuts :(
I need to find a hobby.

mishmash of thoughts.
Today was really weird (aside from the fact that we started work at 10 instead of 8.30).
I was talking to a person today and I swear, I've never been on the samer page with anyone else. It kinda felt like I was talking to me. During that whole time I was just thinking to myself - could this really be happening?
I am so amazed.
Anyway, on a different note. My friend at work who started approx the same time as me is leaving to munch on grass of greener pastures.
I want to find my greener pasture. But who knows, my current plot of land might vegetate and grow into luscious mounds of juicy grass shoots.
December is soon, but I've accomplished alot in the past few weeks. I got a christmas tree, I ... can't think of anything else. It'll come to me later on.
In the meanwhile, I'm just going to try to go to bed, and bathe my thoughts in Norah Jone's sweet, raspy, vast, layered voice.
Goodnight world.
