After watching spirited away no less than 3 times, I decided I'd watch season 1 of BBT (again.. and again) just to relive some great moments.
And great joy it has brought me. I shall now share my epiphany.

Yeaaaah. It's in episode 9 of Season 1. When I was watching this scene, the belt caught my eye, and I thought- NO WONDER I THOUGHT OF HOWARD/RICHARD WHEN I SAW THE PHOTO OF THE BATMAN BELT ON SOMEONE'S PHONE!!

it's interesting you noticed this, because Howard is the inspiration for many of my fashion choices.
I thought of my Batman belt after seeing Howard wear a Flash belt (my belt is pointy and Dark Knight/Begins not oval like Howard's).
I also discovered my new-found infatuation with Vans after I saw Howard wearing them and noticed they reminded me of my beloved Chucks.
