I ran down rawson, the arcade and I flight of stairs at amazing speed in heels, like a crazy woman. I almost got onto that train. Almost, but the doors closed in my face. Damnit to hell. I went to bed before half past ten and I managed to sleep in half an hour. Where is the logic in that? Hope i'm not late. :(
hello weekend in ten hours :) or even nine!

8 screams of joy:
Belle, make use of the ESR (emergency door release) next time.
It's only accessible from the outside and it's under a green cover at about knee height next to the doors.
For the old silver sets it's a switch. So you need to turn it back to the 'off' position once the door has been opened before you enter the carriage.
For the newer sets, it's just a button :D
@ Mini: Also comes with complimentary Guard, Station and Transit Officer, and Police service. :)
*pat* belle. Though i've felt it too many times.....great way to develop patience much? =)
@spik3: It was a joke. But there's nothing in the rules to actually stop someone from doing that (AFAIK) and often guards (in silver old sets) need to turn the switch to the 'off' position because someone had fiddled with it.
@Mini: I was playing along man.
awww. this reminds me of the time in HK, when we came back from Macau. My sister and I were racing down the stairs, and just as I arrived, the doors began closing =( I could've gotten on, but my sister was lagging behind....so I stuck my arm through the door =O hehe...They also closed and squished my PEDESTRIAN BISCUITS =O But then they reopened and we all got on xD
LOL! Yeah, I think a couple of days later, the same thing happened to me- except this time the doors opened. :O It was a miracle!
@Quentin: You know, I never got to eat my pedestrian biscuits cos my mum GAVE THEM AWAY THE NEXT DAY WITHOUT ME KNOWING! I miss Hk :( The doors didn't hurt when they closed on you :D
Wow, I just realised the Round the Twist reference.
