Didn't get into bed until 8am. Ha yeah. 8am. Got up in the arvo for some arvo tea - hk style with the fam. Left them and sat in a cafe with A until they closed.  Coffee + brownie over virtually no conversation because we were being intellectual and reading the paper! It kinda felt like an 'old' moment. Like something you would do after you're married, and your kids are all grown up, and you're semi retired.

Then headed into the office and did my printing. Nothing's changed. The hotdesk area is still filthy as (half eaten apple pie on the table and beer bottle under the table...) and I wrestled with the photocopier for a good 15 mins at least.

Had jap for dinner, then chinese for second dinner, the tw shaolin place in dixon for dessert and was homebound after that.

The cleaning commenced shortly upon arriving home. I only started cleaning so I could find my loose button box. I've been accumulating loose buttons (from new clothes or just stray ones on the floor) for the past few weeks since we shifted the furniture in my bedroom.

Excuse all the censoring. Don't worry, it's not anything inappropriate - just work related stuff.

The best my shelf will ever look. I don't want to throw out my old Corps Act (2011) because when I bought it, it was $1XX. Sad times. No one wants to buy it because the 2012 edition's out. siiiiggghh

Hot pink cork board. Which is not actually made of cork. It's all cardboard, and I didn't realise until I bought it. :( Kmart scam.

And lastly, my pride and joy! My bottom drawer. I don't have a singular anything. I don't have a staper, I have 5 staplers. I don't have a whole punch, I have 3 hole punches.  Look at all those post its!

I don't know why this is, but I've always been obsessed and inlove with stationery. My parents always said I was easy to please.  Quite right. I think Morning Glory was by far my fave shop for 10 years +. I'm a bit embarassed to admit it now, but I'm sure I'm not the only one. 'fess up girks!

Anyway, it is late - time to go to bed and dream until morning.

PS. I love this so much. I think the lyrics and the music matches so well. Wish I could play piano!
