Work this week has been SO much better. The team, the client, the location - and so far I've gone out for lunch each day with non work people.
Very pleasant week so far. Tomorrow we get busy, but I'm fine with that. 3 more hectic weeks and no more audit for a while.
Lately I've been thinking about crossing service lines... Particularly to tax.
Pros: pay, hours, location
Cons: rare chance to go on secondment
Because of that con, I've held off talking to my manager about what I've been thinking. The only reason I joined audit was for all the travel ops.
Sigh. What a quandary.

Today is my last day of work before going overseas. So glad man. My work isn't even hectic like yours, I'm just so bored of it and want to quit haha
