First of all- GANACHE coated chocolate cake.

Background story for those who didn't know me a couple of years ago.

I used to bake alot. I grew up baking cupcakes with mum, and weird green cakes in round green tins, etc.  I went through a phase in high school where I'd bake every second day and bring it to school as lunch (no one noticed? Except Kevin I think.)  Then a bit later, the cookie baking stage in every girl's life kind phased in, and people were always bringing cookies to school. I did that a couple of times.  Lately, people have been giving me O_O? expressions when they hear about me baking. WHAT IS SO HARD TO BELIEVE?

Like Rohan Swami. Damn you man. As if you don't remember. Gayass.

So today, I decided to play around with ganache- I was actually lurking around in the dairy aisle, trying to decide which coon cheese to get (WTH WHY DONT THEY HAVE COLBY!!!! Ended up getting swiss. I hope its good. ==;), and my sister comes towards me holding a can of whipped cream, and ding- I haven't played with thickened cream in quite a while, so I pick up a plastic bottle to take home. :)

Anypoos. I was so into making the cake/looking for the freaking vanilla essence that I forgot to take photos during... :/

Bought Lawson's Bread. It's quite yummy. Gonna eat it with cheeeeeeeese tomorrow morning. Can not wait.

Last of all
