Papparoti

I feel compelled to talk to the manager of a restaurant / cafe when they're walking around doing nothing much.

I walked into papparoti in strathfield, ordered 2 buns and coffees and was surprised to see the manager spring to his feet saying "I'll make the coffees" after the girl keyed in my order.

Coffees came. Tres impressed.

Regular flat white, like any other flat white, with a nice heart detail on the top. I was felt like an artsy fart and ordered an affogato.

Don't know why I did that. Affogato is just vanilla ice cream dunked/drowned in expresso. :( it was a cold and windy day so I basically froze to death sitting outdoors in my tee + slush drink.

Buns were ok but where $2+ so I don't think I'll go back. So expensive for some airy bread I can eat in 2 seconds.

Need to learn to make coffee D:
