RECAP

Rolled out of bed late (this seems to be the trend nowadays).
Got on the later train.

Still managed to get to work on time. Cab ride from Central to Fox Studios costed me $17 (return trip costed $25!!).

Start work - morning went by so slow. Went downstairs to get a coffee - ugh so bitter - expected from from Campos.  The wait was 15 minutes which imo is too long for a coffee.  The general atmosphere at fox is alot calmer than it is in the CBD. It's more spacious, you bump into more famous people... :)  But the coffee and food is slower :(  (except Subway).

After my coffee, I got my work groove on and got the bulk of my work done before lunch. I can hardly believe it. 1.5 years ago, it would have taken me at least a week to get this much done. Even though this job really sucks sometimes, I have to say, in the end it's worth it. The feeling of accomplishment is overwhelming and it really pleases me to know I've come a long way.  (/end self praise)

Around 5pm we started hearing Foo Fighters playing. oh em gee. That was the worse part. Being stuck in an office (with lots of hulky men) watching tonnes of people congregating downstairs to see FF.

Got on the train tonight and bumped into a friend and another vaccie - pleasant end to the day.

Came home made dinner (hello pasta bake), and haven't felt more content. Life feels good when I've had a decent meal. I think I am (relatively) easy to please. Don't need to buy me a $600 Tiffany's charm to surprise me (True story: I can't believe there are people who buy their gf's $600 Tiffany's charms on random days - talk about setting a high standard).

Less than 24 hours until my first costume party. I heard there aren't many people going in costume. I am a tad worried now - but it's too late now.

Have I ever mentioned how much I love Lana Del Rey? I'm not good with my words, but I feel like she sings about deep things in shallow words? Ahaha.

Bad hair day today. The rain didn't help. Bumped into people I know with a fuzzy head. Why don't people bump into me when I have a good hair day?!
