Danny's Seafood - Daytrip to La Perouse

Pic heavy post today.  Visited La Perouse on the weekend and went to a nice (but expensive seafood restaurant) and took heaps of nice photos on my phone (still deciding which camera to get.. LX5?)

Seafood is definitely my favourite type of food :D  and so I was pretty excited when C mentioned there was a good restaurant at the beach.  I thought it was good too, but I think I prefer the Asian/Chinese way of preparing seafood. Or just raw stuff. JUST GIMME A WHOLE ATLANTIC SALMON and I'll be done with it after the week. Bones and all.

Anyway, without further a-do, photos!

so tranquil
Afterwards, we climbed over a long stretch of rocks by the water to get to the secluded beaches*.  I took a lot of photos long the way. I miss hot weather and being by the beach so much!! :)  WELCOME BACK SUMMER
Scuba divers!

Fishing from the bridge.

See that little bridge on the right?  That's the  same one from a few photos up!
We sure trekked it that day, but it was so worth it.  La Perouse is quiet, beautiful, and outdoorsy, but it's also a short(ish) busride from the CBD.

Definitely visit it this summer! These sights are to die for (not including the ones of exposed men at the beaches).

*Also, it was a nude beach.  We saw a tonne of naked men that day.
